We have made our Social Media channel so you can keep up to date with what’s happening in the world of Somersby, ask questions, make suggestions, post pictures and state your opinion on Somersby related topics. Whilst we welcome feedback and comments from customers and other users, we do not moderate the comments, messages or uploads that are posted by customers and other users on the page prior to publication. Please report any abusive, offensive or illegal content to us via hkcustomerservices@carlsberg.asia.

We ensure that all of our marketing communications are socially responsible and in line with industry codes of practice. All material on our Social Media channel, including material posted by other users, must also comply with these requirements. We reserve the right to remove content that may breach these requirements including, but not limited to, any images depicting those aged under 25, immoderate or irresponsible consumption, or any third-party branding.

Posts, comments, visuals, videos and other material posted by fans on this page do not necessarily represent the opinions and values of our brand.

We aim to keep our Social Media channel a pleasant site for all fans, so we kindly ask you – the users – to respect the following rules and categories and note that content that does not comply with these categories will be (or may have been) removed by our editor:

Language
Please show consideration to others and refrain from using profanity, explicit sexual references and inappropriate terminology in general.

Respectfulness
Respect is important and we don’t accept comments or posts that in any way harass, threaten or defame others.

Pictures/videos
We don’t accept indecent, obscene, infringing or defamatory material. This includes pictures or video material displaying people below 25. Also, we don’t accept material displaying irresponsible drinking or drunkenness. 

Spam
Only Somersby related topics, please. We are not interested in posts and material promoting other brands and events.

Third party ads
The social media platform may display advertisements and features alongside our social media page. We have no control over the content or images contained in these and we do not endorse or affiliate ourselves with them.

Links to third party sites
​Where our Social Media channel contains links to other sites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your information only. We have no control over the contents of these sites or resources, and we accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

Carlsberg Hong Kong Limited is a member of the HK Forum for Responsible Drinking (FReD) – promoting responsible drinking in Hong Kong.
